Based on Pranayama/Breathwork, this guided meditation instantly unwinds stress, negative emotions, and unfavorable trauma response stored in the body. Items required for the meditation include a place to lay down on your back or sit up comfortably and two smooth stones or river rocks to hold in the palm of your hands. Recommend items include a weighted eye pillow (rice in sock will do great!), a sheet or blanket, and a favorite candle or essential oil.
