An in person or online class or workshop for groups based on Pranayama/Breathwork and AcuYoga, Women’s Balance Collective is an adaptogenic 45min – 1 hour integrating guided meditation to for immediate stress relief and inner healing and AcuYoga for physicality.  Items suggested for the meditation include two smooth stones or river rocks to hold in the palm of your hands, a weighted eye pillow (rice in sock will do great!), and a light blanket.
